There are 3 parts to the TBP method. Here they are:

Part 1

With the tip of your tongue, run a circular motion around the roof of your mouth. It is like you are drawing a circle on the roof of your mouth with your tongue. If you think doing that during sex will seem weird, you can keep your mouth closed. It might tickle a bit but it works. I’ll explain why in a minute.

Part 2

Now at the same time run your hands over your partner’s back in long upward and downward strokes. Run them all the way from her shoulders down to her lower back. Make sure to avoid the butt.

If your sexual position does not allow you to reach her back then you can stroke her legs and side instead of her back. The key here is to really feel her skin. Tune into that. That is where you should focus.

Part 3

Finally, push out your PC Muscle (if you don’t know where your PC muscles are, find them here). Push as you do when you are starting to pee (don’t worry, nothing will come out). Imagine yourself pushing out like this and letting go of the tension within you. Hold this for about 5 seconds and then release. Take a 5-second break and then repeat.

How does it work:
