Foods You Shouldn´t Eat

If you want to be healthy and eat only the things that are good for your body, then you should avoid eating these foods:

  1. Swordfish. If you want to eat fish because of the omega-3s, then you should go for wild-caught Alaskan salmon. Swordfish contains a lot of heavy metal which can damage developing children. Pregnant women or those who want to get pregnant should definitely not eat it.
  2. Nonorganic strawberries. The pesticides used are just too dangerous. Go for organic versions or grown your own strawberries.
  3. Diet soda. These sodas are even worse than the regular ones. Try Bionade if you just have to have soda.
  4. McDonald´s. Just avoid eating anything from McDonald´s.
  5. The bread. The wheat we eat today is not the same wheat of grandmothers ate.
  6. White chocolate. A good chocolate is great and healthy, however, white chocolate does not really have much of the healthiness in it.
  7. Ice cream sundaes.
  8. Food dyes should be avoided too.
  9. Butter-flavoured popcorn contains diacetyl a chemical not very good for your health.
